Cultivate is a yearly Internship Programme at International Christian Centre Nairobi. Designed mainly to develop leaders who will grow in embracing ministry and move on into careers as change catalysts in the market-place. The one (1) year Internship Programme provides interns with a unique opportunity to gain hands – on experience while working with experienced pastors and ministry leaders.
