Opening
Ask the children who, parents are. ( A biological or adoptive person who has children in a family setting or someone who bears a
child)
Using plasticine, mould a Parent and a child. You can ask the kids to help you mould, with each of them moulding different parts of the body.
Explain to them further who a parent is. The parent is one who moulds their child into a good image. A parent is one who sometimes shares their likeness with their child.
Explain to the children ‘ADORE’ is – Adore means to worship, to love and to respect.
Tell them we should adore GOD for sending His son to us.

What You Need
Steps
Cut the dark blue paper into an oval.
Trace a circle onto the light brown paper and cut and draw on a baby face.
Color the paper plate/ circular paper with yellows and browns. Color from the center of the plate outward so that the color burst from the center.
Cut a fringe along the outside of the plate. Bend the edges a bit to give a more dimensional look.
Glue the brown paper, on angle, onto the light blue paper using a glue stick.
Glue the paper plate onto the center of the brown paper.
Glue the dark blue oval, baby Jesus face and heart onto the paper plate as shown.
Finish off the craft by writing “O Come, Let us Adore Him.”
